Our experience with the Summit Group was second to none! They were very responsive from our initial call all the way to closing. We were on a fairly tight timeline and this team responded famously. They initially had to do a good bit of research since houses in our neighborhood don't hit the market often. The week before we were scheduled to go live a house a few doors down appeared on the market for the same asking price. It took them three weeks to go under contract, ours went under contract within 24 hours for our asking price. I'm convinced their research, staging, photographs, and social media/IT efforts are the reasons.
