The Ranch House

The Ranch House at Banning Lewis is the center point for the community. There is also a meeting room/flex room which you can reserve and a demonstration kitchen. On the outside of the Ranch House, you can enjoy a Jr. Olympic pool/splash area for the little ones, as well as several tennis courts. In the evenings, you can enjoy the Ranch House's large patio with a fireplace, grills, and plenty of open space to enjoy.

The Ranch House is open Monday - Sunday: 9 am - 8 pm (with staff available). Residents of Banning Lewis have 24/7 access to the Ranch House however, with your access key.  

Vista Water Park

Having been open since the summer of 2015, Vista Water Park is sure to be a hit for your company and your kids. May 28th through June 12th, you and your family can enjoy the park Sun - Sat, 10am - 7pm. June 13th - August 7th from 10am - 8pm. August 8 - September 5th, Monday - Friday: 10am-1pm and 3:30pm-7pm, Saturday and Sunday: 10am-7pm.  

Parks, Trails, and Playgrounds

Banning Lewis Features tons of parks, playgrounds and trails, including: Pioneer Park, Northtree Park, Fit & Fun Park, Climbers Park, and Cottonwood Park. Each park is uniquely design and features different elements. For example, at Fit & Fun Park, you will find outdoor exercise structures designed with both kids and adults in mind. While we are on the subject, make sure to check out Climbers Park, where climbers of all ages can test their limits on different rocks. 

Banning Lewis Ranch Academy

Did I mention that on top of this Banning Lewis Ranch also features it's very own K-8 Charter School? Well if I didn't mention it, now you know! Opened in 2006, educators at Banning Lewis Ranch Academy offer their students a number of advantages, including, but not limited to, performance-based education, high academic standards, gifted and special education programs, and integrated learning with the Paragon® Curriculum.
